Meant as it’s name says for people that work sitting down (no matter of the age). They don’t take up much time. 13 Exercises, each is about 40 sec. long. You don’t need any special equipment, and all you need is 8 minutes of your time and some good will. After that you will fill less stiff, more nimble a cheerful. Exercise them 1-2 time a day and that is that.

This DVD “Exercises for spine – medical gymnastic in 23 steps” continues where the last CD left off, it shows 23 carefully selected exercises, where the user can identify himself while doing them, they don’t need any special equipment or clothes, they can be done almost anywhere from you home to the gym, which is extremely important and is only product of it’s kind which is recommended by Croatian Society of Physiotherapists.

This is the logical continuation of the “Exercises for spine” DVD which was greatly adopted. Most of the questions were how to exercise the legs correctly, how to have an reminder after learning the exercises, and which exercises to do for which leg problems.

CD - "Exercises in sitting position"

Listening and discuss difficulties that occur during long sitting (especially in front of PC) I came up with the idea of making this interactive CD.

Excersises shown on this CD aren't "brand new" and sold under various exotic names, they will not make you young, beautifull and thin, you will not find scantly dressed, pretty young people performing gimnastical figures for which, to repeat it, you'll need a lot of hard training with a doubtfull result.
They are apportioned for people who work in sitting position, just like they are named. They will not take you too much time, there are 13 exercise with duration of 40 seconds each. You don't need any equipment to exercise, all you need is 8 minutes of your time and some good will. After the excersise you will feel less stiff, more vital and chearfull. You need to practise 1 to 2 times per day and witness the effect. Feel free to write a commendation, critique or any observation you may have and send it to us.

You can also make an appointement with the physiotherapist who will explain all about the exercises, recommend You proper working position and perform manual treatment if You wish one.Employers, You can install CD on any PC, Your employees will work easier. You can choose interval of practicing and the programme will be activated in chosen period of time.

It took me two months to realize the idea of making CD. We spent 100 working hours altogether to finish it. A team of professionals was working, some of them are my friends and in this way I would like to thank them: Tomislav- model, Miljenko and Nikola- shooting and montage, Marko and Ivan- programmers, team from; Kristijan, Dalija and Josip- they designed everything on CD, they printed the whole "paper part" and my logistics- Sanda, Renata and Želimir who kept me in positive tension all the time.
