Lead by the idea that so many athletes and recreation sportsman inspired me unwillingly, in my ten year career, with their question on how when and if to stretch so I published this DVD. With the help of my dear friend prof. Branka Vidović, the multiple time Croatian champion in acrobatic rock’n’roll a DVD entitled “Stretching exercises for professionals and recreational athletes”.

Meant as it’s name says for people that work sitting down (no matter of the age). They don’t take up much time. 13 Exercises, each is about 40 sec. long. You don’t need any special equipment, and all you need is 8 minutes of your time and some good will. After that you will fill less stiff, more nimble a cheerful. Exercise them 1-2 time a day and that is that.

This DVD “Exercises for spine – medical gymnastic in 23 steps” continues where the last CD left off, it shows 23 carefully selected exercises, where the user can identify himself while doing them, they don’t need any special equipment or clothes, they can be done almost anywhere from you home to the gym, which is extremely important and is only product of it’s kind which is recommended by Croatian Society of Physiotherapists.

This is the logical continuation of the “Exercises for spine” DVD which was greatly adopted. Most of the questions were how to exercise the legs correctly, how to have an reminder after learning the exercises, and which exercises to do for which leg problems.

Surfing the web in the search for my symptoms I came across your website and thanks to you I realized why my hand muscles and shoulders are hurting again, after a month that I finished a ten day combined physiotherapy that addressed my tendons of the right shoulder. It was better but now I am back to square one. And it hurts again, already the third month. It is terrible. My name is Danko Justić, I am 36. I live in Našice. 12 years before I had an operation on discus hernia in Zagreb, and most of the times I don’t have any problems.
I exercise regularly, I am an active recreational athlete and I think that is the best way to solve spine problems. The web site is very good and it offers loads of useful information for us – invertebrates. Exercising and sports is an individual thing – most often free and very useful, but the temp and the modern lifestyle keeps more and more people of the sport courts and with that problems with the spine occur more often. The proof that in life all is not as black as it seems, is that due to my illness I had a chance to meet a person who lead my rehabilitation mr. Tonči. What to say but great things about CD/DVD? I got the CD when it was published and I was thrilled with the simple concept and exercises that do not take much time but very efficient. I had a few family members using it and they were all satisfied with achieved results, especially thrilled that they can practice in the office! When I found out the home DVD release I rushed to get a copy, and , I must say, I am very satisfied with it. The form of the media is easier to use DVD than CD.
