Meant as it’s name says for people that work sitting down (no matter of the age). They don’t take up much time. 13 Exercises, each is about 40 sec. long. You don’t need any special equipment, and all you need is 8 minutes of your time and some good will. After that you will fill less stiff, more nimble a cheerful. Exercise them 1-2 time a day and that is that.

This is the logical continuation of the “Exercises for spine” DVD which was greatly adopted. Most of the questions were how to exercise the legs correctly, how to have an reminder after learning the exercises, and which exercises to do for which leg problems.

DVD - Stretching exercises for professional and recreational athletes

Lead by the idea that so many athletes and recreation sportsman inspired me unwillingly, in my ten year career, with their question on how when and if to stretch so I published this DVD. With the help of my dear friend prof. Branka Vidović, the multiple time Croatian champion in acrobatic rock’n’roll a DVD entitled “Stretching exercises for professionals and recreational athletes”.

I have chosen six sports:

- The three basic: swimming, gymnastics and running on which not only all sport activity starts but also our lives

- The three popular ones: bike ridding, ice skating (rollerblading) and tennis, because they are popular among a large number of people (for ice skating and rollerblading the stretching exercises are the same)


The group of exercise for each sport lasts about 20 minutes, and it is recommended to do them before and after sport activity. You can view them all in a row, a sum of 53 exercises that demonstrated in a correct fashion.


The DVD is meant for all sportsmen no matter if their interests professional or only recreational and some of them can even be used for rehabilitation purposes.


With this DVD the occupation of a physiotherapist finds it’s place under the sun, because they are the medical personal that is the most qualified for specially adopted medical exercises, they have good knowledge about anatomy, physiology and biomechanics of the human body and are in every day contact with clients of different profiles depending on their state and diagnosis.


With the cooperation with professors of kinesiology they make up an excellent team.
