CD: FOR SITTING

Meant as it’s name says for people that work sitting down (no matter of the age). They don’t take up much time. 13 Exercises, each is about 40 sec. long. You don’t need any special equipment, and all you need is 8 minutes of your time and some good will. After that you will fill less stiff, more nimble a cheerful. Exercise them 1-2 time a day and that is that.

The new DVD from the workshop of Tonći Šitić, who this time shows us exercises for stretching. It is useful for those who are already attending therapy and are somehow involved in the rehabilitation process. It is also important for people that involved in sports to prevent injuries.

This DVD “Exercises for spine – medical gymnastic in 23 steps” continues where the last CD left off, it shows 23 carefully selected exercises, where the user can identify himself while doing them, they don’t need any special equipment or clothes, they can be done almost anywhere from you home to the gym, which is extremely important and is only product of it’s kind which is recommended by Croatian Society of Physiotherapists.

This is the logical continuation of the “Exercises for spine” DVD which was greatly adopted. Most of the questions were how to exercise the legs correctly, how to have an reminder after learning the exercises, and which exercises to do for which leg problems.

DVD - Exercises for spine

I made this DVD because of my patients. They have constantly asked me how to exercise in a right way, how not to forget once learned exercises, how to choose exersises for specific conditions.

In April 2004 I finished CD "Exercises in sitting position-medical gymnastics in 13 steps". This product was slowly breaking through to custumers who are unused to this type of products. They where familiar with text material and pictures and that partially pleased them.

They where importing videos, DVD's and similiar products for recreation which lasted no more than their commercial, and after that would disappear from the market. Those products showed young people who where sweating in gyms, and those where all famous people-models, sportswomen…

Their purpose was promotion of halls (recreative clubs, semiclinics…) in which they where made. The customers where puzzled whether they could repeat those excercises and whether they really needed those.

This DVD "Excercises for spine- medical gymnastics in 13 steps" is a harmonious continuation of the previous CD and offers 23 carefully chosen exercises, where the user recognizes himself during exercises. No special clothes or equipment are needed, they can be performed on a strech in the living room or in the hall what is very important. It is the only product recommended by "Croatian association of physiotherapists". Its intention is to prevent spine difficulties which are becoming epidemics of a modern man. We can also use them in rehabilitation after recommandation of our physician or physiotherapist.

With this DVD, the profession of physiotherapist gains respect because physioterapists are those health workers who are the most competent the ones for specially adjusted medicine exercises, they are familiar with anatomy, physiology and biomechanics of the human body. They work every day with patients who have all range of difficulties.At the end of this story I thank Želimir, Renata and Sanda, the ones who always help in such sitiations.
