Meant as it’s name says for people that work sitting down (no matter of the age). They don’t take up much time. 13 Exercises, each is about 40 sec. long. You don’t need any special equipment, and all you need is 8 minutes of your time and some good will. After that you will fill less stiff, more nimble a cheerful. Thanks to you and your support, dear clients, I decided to make this DVD with exercises for legs. It is a logical continuation of DVD "Exercises for Spine" which has been splendidly accepted. The most frequent questions were: how to do exercises for legs correctly, how to have an adequate reminder of the acquired exercises, what kind of exercises to do for painful legs, etc.

Considering people in the physical therapy and rehabilitation gym during my working time, I have chosen the most frequent and effective exercises.

I divided them into the exercises for improving the mobility of leg joints and exercises for strengthening leg muscles on purpose since I consider them to be easier to understand and apply in this way.

There are 37 exercises altogether containing everything that an average user of physiotherapy having problems with legs should know.

Due to some specific problems, aids such as elastic band, weights, physiotherapeutic balls, prickly balls or balancing boards can be used for some exercises.

If you want a quality rehabilitation of your legs and a full efficiency of the exercises on DVD, it is indispensable to buy one or more above-mentioned aids!

I recommend elastic bands "Thera-band" of the leading world producer who partially assisted in publishing the first edition of DVD.
